Conference Registration Fee Early Bird Registration ends 3/30/2012

Early Bird Registration (Members Only) $200.00 USD Non Members & Late Registration $225.00 USD

Membership Dues Due 4/30/2012. Please note that dues must be paid even if you are not planning to attend the conference.

Annual Membership Dues $35.00
